The green

The green has an artificial  bowling surface and we prefer that bowlers wear bowling shoes/sandals, but not trainers.  Bowls  are available for hire (sizes are from zero to six) at the Kiosk by the green. If you bowl with the club the fee is per session. If you bowl individually the fee is for the morning or the afternoon within the opening hours of the kiosk at the sports area ( in front of the Jumper Bar).  

Alongside the bowls green there is a small snack bar called "Jumper Bar". Holidaymakers and people using the sporting facilities use this bar. The Bowls Club normally stop for a drink half way through their game, specially in the heat of the summer.
